outerwilds is one of, if not just THE best story game ever made. you are a alien in a civilization that is just beginning to enter space, and you are the first of your speciese with the ability to translate the ruins of a aincient civilization that once ruled the solar system you are in, but has now mysteriously vanished. The game and it's puzzels are built on the raw knowlage you have, meaning in theory you could end the game in like 30 minutes from the start, but to actually do that requires such specific knowladge that, for most, it will take 30~ hours. Id suggest not even looking at the steam fuckinnn uhh what do you call it, the summary? the description? whatever you call it. Just because even that kinda spoils part of the game.
The best horror movie ive ever seen. Incredible atmosphere, incredible horror, incredible terror, and incredible story. Its only a 9/10 if you also watched the web series before because the web series really builds up to the information gained in this movie, if you didnt watch the web series, id say still a solid 8-9/10. The second half didnt have all the build up i would like, probably a budget/time constraint, and the third act’s whole climax wasnt as scary as i was hoping. It probably could have used another month in development? VERY good.
